Having worked in a variety of roles within the financial services industry, I understand the challenges faced by organisations and how they can be turned into business success.

This can be through either acquiring or retaining clients, meeting wider client needs to increase revenue, or developing your business proposition.
I understand people, strategy, and leadership and I can put my experience into practice to help you achieve your objectives. I have experience being directly involved with clients, and have also developed experience working with internal departments to maximise their potential. I will look analyse your business through listening and gathering qualitative feedback before using my unique experience and expertise to help improve performance and value.
